From Yahoo News: "The on-the-wagon, off-the-wagon musician also received four years' probation, was fined about $2,000 and was ordered to take part in an 18-month alcohol program. It could have been much worse, though—he was originally looking at a possible year in jail for DUI with a prior conviction."
